We work within a rich network of community partnerships to enhance services and strengthen Los Angeles County’s safety net. Partners include social service agencies, hospitals, law enforcement agencies, employers and others. Partnerships can be formal or informal. We have more than 100 Memoranda of Understanding and Operational Agreements with agencies, clearly stating mutual expectations for client care. There are more than 400 additional agencies on our referral lists to make sure that any possible need can be met.
